Harley Meservey, Owner

Harley Meservey has seventeen year's experience as project manager on various types of excavation, environmental construction and hazardous materials projects. His expertise includes regulatory compliance, heavy equipment operations, chemical decontamination and project planning. He has managed numerous industrial hazardous waste clean-ups, soil remediation and excavation projects throughout the United States. Mr. Meservey is also adept at report development, project documentation, technical writing, bid proposals and cost tracking. As a business owner Mr. Meservey has created a multi-million dollar construction company that maintains profitability each year while providing cost effective services to each client. Mr. Meservey’s responsibilities also include financial, operations, project completion, and safety of over 100 projects each year that range in value from a few thousand dollars to multi-millions.

Rick Durtschi, Vice President

Rick Durtschi's expertise is in salvage, estimating, property development, State, County and Federal regulations and permits. He has over sixteen years experience as office manager on various types of demolition, excavation, environmental construction and and property development projects. As an experienced sales manager and resourceful leader, he is accomplished at making the most of the resources on hand. At Munitor, Rick performs client interface and relations, performs business forecasts, bid walks, bidding and estimating and handles new acquisitions, as well as oversees company image and strives to grow the business further every year.  

Rick Roberts, Project Manager

Rick Roberts has twenty years under his belt managing multi million dollar construction projects; from hospitals to courthouses, cinemas to light rail stations, Rick gets the job done. In 2003, he won the Tilt Building of the Year award and also received the Platinum Safety Award. Rick is known for being exceptionally organized and a responsible leader.

Ron Helmken, Project Manager

Ron has thirty years experience in the field as an Estimator and Superintendent in commercial, environmental, and heavy civil construction. He is an innovator in the field of estimation and his scope of projects have a wide range including: commercial and institutional buildings, water and sewer treatment plants, seismic improvements, stream and wetland restoration, bridges, municipal and recreation construction, marine construction, building maintenance and restoration. Ron brings to the table a lifetime of experience and a personal standard of excellence.

Patrick Turina, Project Manager

Patrick Turina has twenty five years experience as project superintendent and specializes in remediation, excavation and building demolition. His work history includes ground water treatment system construction, mass excavation, and complete building demolition throughout the country. He has hazmat certification through OSHA as well as compliance training and has completed Core Management Training. Patrick is depended on to get the job done efficiently and safely.

Charley Watt, Estimator

With over thirty years of site work experience, Charley knows the job through and through. He is an accomplished problem solver that strives to creative value not only for Munitor, but for our clients as well. His years of job site management lend him a first hand expertise of each of our potential projects which allows him to always get the numbers right, the first time, and his great competency in computer software means he's able to communicate in the most efficient and effective way possible while adapting to the cutting edge of the construction business.


Blake Helmken, Office Manager

Still a newcomer to the construction business, Blake is acclimating into the business with great speed and promises to be an integral part of Munitor's growth. As well as being fully capable of running day to day office management, he offers a wide array of supplemental skills to Munitor Construction including; Field software and IT support, data analytics and organization, and multimedia content generation and management.
